The day finally arrived!!  No surprise to any of us, it's a boy!!  To be fair, the ultrasound tech was not 100% sure as the umbilical cord was in the way, but she said that she's pretty confident.  Now on to the naming game...  For some reason we can't find any boys' names that we both love.  There are a lot that I like, or he likes, but they are names that neither of us can see naming our child.

The rest of the ultrasound seemed to go smoothly.  She did lots of measuring, but we won't find out any of the rest of the results until the 13th when we go back to the doctor.  I'm no expert, but the kid seemed to have a big head!  Ouch.

Tonight we're headed to a big wine dinner of mine at Norman's.  Too bad I won't get to fully enjoy. :)  It's been a headache coordinating, and of course, yesterday involved lots of last minute scrambling, but tonight I get to sit back and enjoy lots of good food.  I'm lucky this time -- John Blazon, the Master Sommelier that works for my company is the MC.  I just did all of the behind the scenes stuff.

Babymoon is booked for the weekend of March 1st (which also happens to be my baby sister's 21st birthday.)  I am feeling a bit guilty about missing such a milestone, but as she reminded me, it's not like I'd get to drink with her anyway.  Touche.  We are cruising to Key West and Cozumel on Celebrity...so excited!!
